Industry-standard protection for your data
You control your personal information
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, make a purchase, or contact us. This includes personal information like your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and payment information. We also automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns when you use our Services.
For our delivery driver application, we collect and process precise location data to enable essential service functionality. When you use the Enokart delivery driver app, we continuously track your location in real-time for the following purposes: (1) Order fulfillment - to enable customers to track their food delivery in real-time and receive accurate estimated arrival times, (2) Security and safety - to maintain a record of delivery routes for driver safety, dispute resolution, and quality assurance, (3) Service optimization - to improve routing efficiency and delivery times. Location tracking occurs only when you are actively logged into the driver app and available for deliveries. You can control location permissions through your device settings, but please note that disabling location access will prevent you from accepting and completing deliveries. We retain location data for a reasonable period as required for security audits, dispute resolution, and service improvement. Location information may be shared with customers who have placed orders you are delivering (in real-time only), our internal systems for operational purposes, and law enforcement if required by law. We do not sell location data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions and send related information; send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages; respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests; and communicate with you about products, services, offers, and events.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy. We may share your information with service providers who assist us in operating our Services, conducting our business, or serving you, provided they agree to keep this information confidential.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need your information, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to restrict or object to certain processing of your data.
